Subject: Hello allI was first on this forum about 10 years ago and did my one and only ironman about 6 years ago. Since then I have let my career, life and commute take over. I turned 50 on Sunday and looked at myself and need to drop about 50 pounds. Thought the best way was to get back into training of one form or another. My hydration issues keep me from doing long course..but hopefully I can find some people on here to motivate me and get me back into shape and most importantly have fun. Also trying the vegetarian thing...not easy for a guy originally from Wisconsin. |
