Sideways photos in training blog

 Alpharetta, Georgia Bronze member |  Subject: Sideways photos in training blogThis used to only be an issue when I tried to upload a photo from my phone or tablet (to my training log via the "blog" function), but now all my photos are automatically uploading sideways even from my desktop. If this is a permanent glitch, we might as well remove the feature because it's crazy annoying and people like me will just give up and stop using it. Would love to see a fix though, as photos add so much to a blog! |

It was a horizontal photo and it loaded facing the right way, and published facing the right way. To help narrow it down, what kind of device are you using? And what browser? |

I have seen many other users with sideways photos and the frustration of "why?" - it seems it's an issue for others, but not everyone. On my phone, it has happened on both iPhone 6S and 7 running Safari On my tablet, iPad Mini running Safari On my computer, it's a laptop running Windows 10 (but was an issue with the previous OS as well) running Chrome |

Master 2210 Columbus, OhioCoaching member | Subject: RE: Sideways photos in training blog Are you using Windows 10 on your computer and Windows-based mobile devices? We did some research and Windows10 often tries to automatically rotate photos even when you don't ask it to. More information here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/50b258b8-66bc-4141... There's nothing in our software code that is rotating them. |
