Yesterday a friend and I ran a 10K--her first race, she did amazing, ran the whole thing! We had a blast! Parkland, funny you should mention Endure--I just finished listening to that book and was interested in learning more about Shackleton (which I learned about in Endure) so that let me to Endurance!
