 422  , Pennsylvania |  Subject: 04.07.2020 Trials on TuesdayHill Climb Day... Going up sucked, but was manageable. Coming down was hard on the hammy today. Too much chainsawing on the weekend me thinks. Still nice to be out in a T-Shirt and short pants. RE: Yesterdays Vision Quest I thought about that some while going up the hill today. The only race I was signed up for is about to be cancelled/postponed. Depending on the options I will do a fall race, if nothing is available that works, then I can't see me dumping a bunch of money into a new race in this climate. Trying to get a small group together for some other randomness. 2-3 day bike trip maybe 200 mile tour sounds casual enough I could bait someone in 3 days on the AT with 20+ mile days sounds good too... Decisions soon need to be made. |

If I can muster the attention-span, I'll run 11 or 12 tomorrow.. I'm waiting to hear about possible reschedule for 70.3BlueRidge but I still have 70.3NC in the temporal plane of 'not cancelled yet'. TBH, the bike/run I do is for stress relief rather than because I'm training. Do I lose my triathlete card if I say I'm not missing going to the pool very much? |

| Member 26 Clermont, Florida | Subject: RE: 04.07.2020 Trials on Tuesday 30 mile bike ride on the trail in Central Florida today. 2020 vision- was going to do Ragbrai, begin swimming and perhaps work up to the Orlando half marathon in December. I can't see Ragbrai going on though, they are going to make an announcement April 15. All of my wife and I's family is up in eastern PA and we dont know when we can get up to see them. I'm trying to look/plan ahead and at this point I am shooting for the first few weeks in August. If so, I would like to do the Sea Isle City Island Run 10-miler on August 8 and the Lancaster Covered Bridge Ride (metric century version) on August 16. All up in the air will continue with 4 rides/3 runs and some core and body weight only upper body exercises each week. |
