Subject: Adding strength to training logs
Hello!
I am trying to come up with a plan, but I'm having a hard time and could use your help!!
All the plans that would potentially work for me do not have a built in strength training and core component, which I desperately need. I'm a beginner and I'm looking at the Sprint 2x balanced or the original sprint, or even the couch to sprint
The plan that has the best strength added is the Sprint, basic 12 weeks, but it also requires 3 work outs of each weekly.
So... is there a plan with:
2 work outs of each sport, AND 2 strength and 1 core?
I look forward to your answer!!
Thanks!
Beth

Is the 'Silver' 'couch-to-sprint' too much?  You can always eliminate the shortest workout to fit in your 2x per week requirement and still get strength and core.

But if you want to use the 2x plans or the original sprint, you can use this link to come up with your own strength and core:

OR you can use one of the 2x plans in conjunction with importing the 'strength-only' portion of one of the other plans.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks for your reply!
I'd like to do them in conjunction... Is it possible to import more than 1 program?
If so, how do you import the strength part of 1 program on top of the balanced?

Yes, you can blend programs, just only check the 'sports' that you want to import per plan - see the picture below:
