Nice to have when you are sittin at -10 Celcius or 14 Farenheit
Well I already went for an easy 5k and I am improving (trying ) to do some core work (especially on my abs to strengthen my back ).
My back seems to be more of a muscle issue so I am spending alot more time warming up and stretching. These two things will hopefully lead me "back" to a race in May!
Oh yeah, I'm from Toronto (but don't hold that against me )!
