Krispy Kreme Challenge.... is over...thank god that was as hard as any sprint tri... 2400 calories... 14 doughnuts ....4 miles.... 49 minutes what a day....hard to believe there were 1400 people in th race... i also saw a couple a guys from BT who drove from south carolina to do the race...they must love doughnuts....woop woop
What would you do differently?:

dip the doughnuts in water to make them go down quicker

Warm down:

keep for throwing up by walking and not sitting down

What limited your ability to perform faster:

14 doughnuts and an elvis costume... everyone wanted a picture with the king...

Great race report! I told wife about this one, and while she generally avoids road trips for runs, your report intrigued her for next year. Heck, I want to come down and race just for the free donuts!

let's just some people didn't make it out of the parking lot where we ate the doughnuts some on purpose and a good plenty lightened their load on the two miles back to the finish....
