Pre-race routine:

Sat in my car and listened to music. I got to the race a little early. Ate a gu and had 2 puffs about 10 inutes before start.

Comments:

I ran well. I ran according to my plan and the only place I would have made a change is mile 5 where apparently I slowed down a little. At that point I was so close to the end I could have kept my pace a little better. All in all it was a great race for me.

Started in front.

I ran 4 miles when I got home to get in my mileage for the week.

Course: The course was great. It was pretty flat going out to mile 3 and there were a couple hills over the next mile and a half but then it ended with a huge downhill. very nice.
