I'll be setting up a new round of iPod challenges in the next few days. If you're in the March challenges, I'll automatically include you. Anyone else want in? We've (the beginners) have been doing total distance for the month, and fastest 5k.

Pretty much if you think you're a beginner, you are. No worries, the thing is to challenge yourself and beat Possum.

Most of the folks in these challenges are the beginners with a couple from the intermediate group. I don't think there are intermediate challenges anymore, so we created a 10K challenge as well. So far, medic is winning that by default because no one else has posted a 10K run.

Didn't realize your ID was Big Pun--I recognized that name, and so didn't think there was anyone new in the list after I added you this time. Welcome back--and good luck!

I did a 5 mile brick run today and my iPod froze on me 1 mile in. When I plugged it in it said it was corrupt.

I mean, I listen to some goofy music, but corrupt? C'mon! Cut me some slack!

I think I lost that workout... oh well.
