Subject: Clearing totals

Last year and this year I played with the online training logs (actually use a paper, "book" log) and got good at importing, changing, deleting etc. I travel alot and sometimes logged data here just so I could write it down in my other log when I got home. Long story short, I have erased everything...... I think, but the totals for 2006, 2007 and months are still there on the left. I would like to wipe the slate clean because I plan on using this online log as my master log. How do I do that?

Go to the top navigation bar of your log:

Hover over 'blog' or 'calendar', choose the 'actual' log...(you have your default log view to your 'planned-blog'

Then just follow the instructions to delete lots of data;

Bulk Modification - Copy/Move/Delete

Let us know if you have any questions or need some help on this. Deleting large swaths of data could take a minute or so to process.

I went to Actual and even changed my default to Actual but every time I try to delete the page comes up ***Planned Date****

OK, use the daily 'copy/move/delete' link that is listed daily in your default log now...that will bring up the ****Actual***** bulk modification box.
