Subject: Copying into a thread

Could someone please explain for a computer illiterit like me how to copy say my logs for the day into a thread?

 

Or is there a way to bring my logs from another site into this one or vice versa?

To copy your training log information, just highlight, copy and paste like you would anything else. That's what I did with the above, which is my run from yesterday.
