Good morning Twinsnibbins! I just posted on III and then saw the new thread is up.

TTo repeat...I require a Twinsnibbins KITA to get my 15 core workouts in by the end of the month, I bogeyed last week so I'm -1. I'm doing another one later today before or after my run so that'll make 2 for the week, but this is a long weekend and I tend to get lazy when hanging out at home!

Ok, for the non BT required talk. Anyone seen the movie "just friends" with Ryan Reynolds (Burt's son), freaking hilarious. We borrowed the movie from some friends and are watching it again for the 2nd time

Judi – is a good stick, just give her your arm – LOL

Cat – the Aussie holidays are on the other side of chrissie – Nov 22 is going to be a party recovery day (she must have decided she’s going to imbibe, if only a wee bit).  Went to the physio – it is looking like she is going to get to run soon (keep your fingers crossed!)

Heather – OMG, I actually started singing My teams are done to the tune of HiHo the Derio – ACKK!

Sal – has the beginning of a cavity – maybe he better lay off of the cheesecake – LOL – ok, well for sure Little Debbie (lay off Little Debbie?  That just sounds wrong).  He made dinner for his family since he is on vacation – here’s what was for dinner Pollo Tortilla Sopa (Chicken Tortilla Soup) http://www.colophoncafe.com/pdf/pollo_tortilla_sopa.pdf

Kristen – In addition to demonstrating her talent for procrastinating, showed us just how handy she is with paint (yes, photo shop is waaaaay better!)

Sharon – is off the rest of the week, has a nice mix of practical, family, and social activities planned!

Dee – crunching numbers and cracking the whip!  Go Dee! Uh Oh, Dee meet Debbie, Debbie meet Dee – how many calories? 5000000000000?  Wow, that’s a lot of  Debbie, not just a little Debbie – LOLOL – (ah, sometimes I crack myself up)

Amy – COME BACK!!! – Oh, no Amy hit the thread in one of the rare lulls and thought she was here by herself

Mila – had to work hard today – she shared that she is an educational consultant.  This lady does it all (including busting Sal – LOL).  Oh my, what a day she had!  Nibbins notes cannot do the story justice – this one you have to hear for yourself!   Happy Anniversary Mila!

Pam – stopped in to say Happy Holidays, she is enjoying time with family – sounds like her daughter wants them to stay forever – lol

Hector – went to San Dimas to check out the course for his tri.  He was able to do part of the course, which is a great confidence boost for him for Sunday (and, he looks pretty dang hot in lycra!)

Scott – will be in meetings all day, sounds like fun, huh – oh and if you were trying to figure out what he does – here is how his father describes it “ensure that projects meet the requirements to be paid for with federal transportation planning and construction funds.”  I finally get it!  Thanks Dad!  - He also posted pic from his Run - WTG Scott!
