Haven't been running b/c my knee has been feeling weird... now I am having surgery on December 28th for a medial meniscus tear and micro-fracture for damage to the femur and tibia cartiledge....just had the same surgery (minus micro fracture) in February on the other knee. so frustrated and so sad...out for the ski season too...and I only just started back to work. keep up the good crappy weather points....maybe I could get some points if its really cold and I go around the block on my crutches |
