On the first day of triathlon,

On the second day of triathlon,

On the third day of triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Three Hammer Gels,
Two Tubeless tires,
And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the fourth day of triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Four Powerades,
Three Hammer Gels,
Two Tubeless tires,
And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the fifth day of triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Five Bladed Spokes,

Four Powerades,
Three Hammer Gels,
Two Tubeless tires,
And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the sixth day of Triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Six Sponsors paying,
Five Bladed Spokes,

Four Powerades,
Three Hammer Gels,
Two Tubeless tires,
And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the seventh day of Triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Seven strokes a-swimming,
Six Sponsors paying,
Five Bladed Spokes,

Four Powerades,
Three Hammer Gels,
Two Tubeless tires,
And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the eighth day of Triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Eight miles of running  
Seven strokes a-swimming,
Six Sponsors paying,
Five Bladed Spokes,

Four Powerades,
Three Hammer Gels,
Two Tubeless tires,
And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the ninth day of triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Nine hours of spinning,
Eight miles of running 
Seven strokes a-swimming,
Six Sponsors paying,
Five Bladed Spokes,

Four Powerades,
Three Hammer Gels,

And a Kona Ironman lottery.

On the tenth day of triathlon,
my coach gave to me
Ten speeds a-shifting,
Nine hours a-spinning,
Eight miles of running
