1500 yd swim for 35-40 min. Shame on me but tonight it's time for pizza. Long run in the a.m. tomorrow. My fund raising and training for TNT is going strong. Have a great weekend!! ;-)

Well, I've got the swim I missed yesterday, plus a lunchtime job interview for the job I want. Cross your fingers, everyone.

Just to keep myself honest, I did NEITHER OF THE WORKOUTS THAT I HAD PLANNED FOR YESTERDAY!! I sat on my tuckus and watched tv.

ack.

And sadly today is one of those enforced rest days due to heavy scheduling.

OK, no more self-flagellation. Tomorrow is another day!

Today's a rest day although I may squeeze in 1600 yards at the pool.....

I rest b/c tomorrow I do my first sprint tri at 7:30am...at the gym....gonna set a benchmark and see how bad this "sprint" tri is....
cross your fingers...a bit nervous....but will treat myself to a big comfy armchair at Starbucks with my soy latte and the Saturday newspaper after I'm done about 10am....

45 minute swim (laps and some drills) for around 1500 yards.

20 minutes circuit x 2 on that Fitlinxx machine circuit at the Y

Good luck wrybosome on your job interview.

And good luck crpadiem on the triathlon you are doing. You have planned well for the aftercare of yourself. Sounds so good, I think I will do that part tomorrow!
