I rode thirty minutes out then turned around to try to get an hour in. I made it back in 23 minutes. Forgot to take in account that I'm faster once I'm warmed up, oops. At least something is better than nothing. I got in just under 17 miles. Not the 30 that my coach wanted, but hey, I thought it was pretty good for a meet day and under an hour of cycling. |

One is a 12 page review article on Epigenetics and Cancer published in 2008. The other is a 268 page book on Evolutionary Biology published in 1957. Time to find the first item: less than 5 minutes (including printing) Time to find second: about 1.5 hours Thankfully I found the second at the medical library and it wasn't checked out. I have it until January 6, 2009. |
