Running 5 miles after a night of eating fatty food and drinking wine and then a morning full of nothing but coffee and Diet Mountain Dew is not the best idea. Not my finest run, that is for sure! I couldn't decide if I was going to throw up or not. Fortunetly for the dude on the treadmill next to me, I didn't! I won't do that again, that is for sure!
AH HA HA HA! Sorry, that's really funny. I learned the same thing by doing a half-mary under essentially the same conditions--GROAN! I cannot imagine running like that for 13.1!! No way, I think I would have died!! It is a tad funny. Okay, maybe a lot funny. I'd laugh if it was someone else and I'm sure I'll laugh at myself tomorrow! I have upped my running goal from 70 to 75 but still am ahead of schedule. I think I did my math wrong when I was calculating how many miles I was going to run this month. I think I'll up it again to 80. <<<<<that's crazy, the most I've ever run in a month is 55ish.
