We also did 250's breast stroke. I was put in the fast lane and I never lost more than 15 yards on the guys ahead of me.

We will see what wins out. It is going to be a relatively nice day here with the winds finally dying down so I may opt for yard work instead. I have three trees to plant and about 100 irises. Hmmmm, maybe running sounds easier. Have great days all. |

Hmmmm, maybe running sounds easier. Have great days all. I love planting! especially when the trees are big. Shall I put on my work clothes? oh, wait. I was running on the sand and a few hours later I could hardly dorsiflex my foot. Walking was painful for the next few days and running has been out of the question. I'm going to do a race simulation this arvo (60% of sprint distance) and see how that goes. As for the cold, this is exactly what happened right before my last race - 1 week out and I pick up a cold ![]() I'm really sorry but I'm pretty certain I won't reach my goals, especially biking. I will have a good go at it this week to try and get up as high as possible. Sorry ![]() |

The last thing we want is for people to train through illness or injury for the sake of winning a challenge so if you were unable to meet you goals due to illness and/or injury - adjust your goals by the % of time you were unable to train Feb has 28 days - if you missed 4 days you would adjust your goal to 86% of your original goal - 24 is 86 % of 28 if you decide to adjust your goals, please update the spreadsheet and PM Jenny or post your update here if you're unsure of how to send a PM Hope everyone is doing well! |
