Of course i should follow my own advice , my pool visits have been rather scarce !

Ha! I will ride you like a bike to get your butt into the pool now

Well i have this 50 mile ride coming up this month so i am trying to focus my limited training time on that

but my Triathon limiter is the swim so i have to get there and spend QT in the water .

Job is changing soon so I will have more time again to swim .

Right now the work hours are INSANE !

Yanti posted next month's challenge as boys vs girls swimming. We have a date

I will be on for that .   Swim  a lot    or   loose challenge and  change avatar  to a  speedo avatar

o glad I am able to get more guys into this.  I saw the sign up thread was looking for more men.  And no wimpy goals!  One (friend of mine) guy signed up for all of 1500 yards cause of his marathon training.  The swim is good recovery!!

Hey All.... can't wait to see the speed pics :-)

Today is a rest day for me, tomorrow it's another run/walk and some more weight training. My legs are just about fully recovered, so the schedule calls to remedy that!!

I'm happy with my bike today in the race...no official splits posted yet.  I summarized things in my blog.

Let's just say the swim was HTFU from the get go and I think that split is equal to my bike or run splits!

Queen: Nice race in spite of dizziness and hot feet issues. Early season races push us more so than late season ones I think and sometimes we just ain't quite ready. You did great!

Hey all. I'm trying to catch up for doing so poorly last week. I got an error when I tried to update the spreadsheet, though. Can someone make sure it says 5 for me at this point?

Hey guys,

sorry I have been in absentia lately. Work last week was...utterly Crazy! So busy that I got in some workout but did not have time to log it all, let alone get it into our spreadsheet...Will update when I can. Also still working on getting those pics on here, What is it about nice weather in Seattle that makes everyone want to call the doctor to schedule an appointment???
