Extreme Veteran 578 Katy, Texas | Subject: RE: Taser Running II Hello everyone. i made it back from my mini-vacation. It was a blast going to a NBA Finals game. It would have been cool to see my Magic take one, but I guess seeing the overtime game will have to be good enough. I even managed to get in a few runs to keep me within striking distance of my goal. Today I did 4.00 miles to give me 23.86 total for the month. Only a little over 21 to go. Very doable. |

Usually I survive with a mild case, however this week I'm facing a more potent strain. By the end of the week I should have enough antibodies built up to sucessfully combat it. |

I had a close and personal relationship with the "tobacco weed" for about 20 years... I don't think it helped my VO2 max.... |
