We are going to have to pay attention to Rabobank - it appears that it has the balance of the old Taser running team on it (except Erica - I'm not sure if she is playing TdF)!

Plus, Neal and Kendra are discussing a post padding challenge. I may have to taser them.

Or I can kick them with my steel toed combat boots.

Your mandatory French lessons begin in one hour. (No, I will not be teaching it. The only thing I know how to say in French are, um.... well, "bad words.")

I took French in the Seventh Grade.  All I remember is how to count to three.

By the way, did I mention that I was accepted in the Brook's Inspire Daily Program on Friday.

I have lived there.  All I remember is the humidity.

That would work. And if you work up a sweat, you might even be able to log it as a workout.

If we do it like polo, I can kick them from my bike and count it as a stage.

Got to love colorado.  One minute sunny and 80 degrees the next rainy and 45 degrees.

It's JULY. It's not supposed to be 45F in July.

Of course I never had the heart or lung/rib/muscle issue when I lived in the humidity.

Please do not take this the wrong way. I love the team enthusiasim, but I am unable to keep up with up to 6 pages of posts per day. I do not have a computer at work on the internet, and unless I am on the bike spinning, I can not keep up with the threads. Even then, I can not keep up this pace. I would rather be working out. With that being said, I will post my workouts in my blog, in this thread and on the spreadsheet. Please feel free to drop by my blog if you want to talk to me, inspire or otherwise, but please do not be offended by my inability to keep up with padded posting.
