just thought i'd let you know i am doing ok with my challenge so far. not up to the percentage the spreadsheet says but i have extra rides planned for the weekend. i am LOVING using my road bike atm so really enjoying the extra distance i have to do

Gotta decide what to do in the morning. 4 hr bike ride on the schedule, but taking taking our son to Lowes at 9:30 am for the bi-weekly kids builder workshop. That means heading out by 5am at the latest.  Probably move things around and do the long ride Sunday, and short bike/run tomorrow.

Nice job on the weight loss!  Glad to see you doing better on sodas - I brew tea in one of the coffee pots at work and then dilute and keep it in the fridge...  A little ice, some sweet and low, and presto - no need for soda...

Rest day for me.  I needed it!  I ended up skipping the run from yesterday - I imagine my shins will be back to normal by tomorrow...  Maybe I will switch things up and run tomorrow instead of Sunday...

Good news is patt-strap seems to be doing it's thing exceptionally well and no ITBS pain on the run. Who would have thought something so simple could help so much.
