Well Lion King was pretty much wicked awesome...that was followed up by a shoe change and then some shenanigans with a super large margarita and then some vodka...and my feet really really hurt...ow! Haha.

I think tonight we are going to go to Coyote Ugly. We will see.

Hey Ghoulies,

From now on, threads will be limited to a maximum of 85 pages. So once you hit page 85, please start a new thread.

If a thread gets longer than this, it can cause a server problem if someone does a search on it.

Thanks!

Dee

Hey guys! Checking in! Haha. Spent the day at the pool...may have had a slight top mishap and have flashed a few people...but whatevs...(I was fiddling with the back clasp and it definately came undone...) No big deal. I recovered quickly. Cool

We are having quiet time in the room right now.

Hope your swim/bike rehersal went okay Neal!

Well, my training weekend in Madison went well.  I survived the swim, which was a huge success given the fact that I had only swam twice in the preceding 4 weeks.  I got to ride the course too.  It was definitely as hilly as they say it is.  I rode the first loop and then about 10 miles out on the stick and then back to the start of the loop.  Refueled and then took off on the second loop.  About 10 miles down the road I took a wrong turn and ended up off course a ways.  By the time I made it back on I was already well over 90 miles for the day so I just headed back to the car, finishing at around 105 miles.  Kinda bummed I didn't get the full second loop in, but still a good training day.  My legs felt fantastic yesterday.  Best recovery I've had post-century.

Look at the bright side, you got to ride the course. You also got 105 miles in on a training day, that's not too shabby.

YOU WILL ROCK IMMOO!!!!!

How many days left until your IM?

Oh I also forgot to mention that I even managed to sprinkle a little bit of running in with my walk yesterday.  I did a 6:1 walk/run and covered 7.5 miles that way pain free.  All in all the weekend was a huge success.

Morning Ghoulies.
I'll be scarce this week. Got pre surgery today, lots of work tomorrow then surgery on Wenesday. I have no idea what the recovery is like for that one. We'll see.

Hopefully I'll get some runs in in the next couple of days. There will be NO Robin assatar posted if I have to crawl with head bandaged!

Happy Birthday, Tom!

Running!

Tonight I have to take my son to soccer from 6-7:30. After soccer we are meeting my husband and daughter at the school for her meet the teacher night. I'm going to run while my son is at soccer practice so I get to meet her teacher while I am sweaty and smell funky. Should make a nice impression.

Tuesday - Take my son to his meet the teacher night at the middle school, and run.

Wednesday - Both kids have soccer practice, and I'll run.

Thursday - Run, then take Milo to puppy obedience class.

Friday - that's too far away for me to plan.
