I am depressed and have a huge day at work. Not a good combination. Sorry Robin - but did you really want him to win? i thought you were sort of hoping he wouldn't but I could be wrong. Was it close? Our Buffalo governor candidate got blown out of the water - typical New York why fix what is broke because everyone is still getting well fed in Albany!! Yea I wanted him to win. It would have been a challenge here but he is a rare one. He really cares and is good and honest (of the many reasons I married him, one was that the man cannot tell a lie. He just doesn't ever do it). The man that was elected has bankrupted businesses, under investigation for defrauding partners, has admitted to having affairS, and is in it to further his, not anyone else's interests. I know this sounds like sour grapes but really, there were other canditates that ran in the primary against this guy, that if they had won, and would have been running against the DH, I would not have been upset except for the DHs disappointment. |

Well I am sorry he lost also because we need more of him and less of them in office all around the country!!!! give him a ghoulie hug from all of us and I hope I did not come off sounding like you should be happy - I thought I remembered you not being too thrilled he was running but maybe that was because you knew the truth about how difficult it will be for anyone good to do something right in office because you are definitely the minority!!! I can, and will, give him a big ole Ghoulie hug. You were right, I wasn't thrilled about him running. Being in politics is for people who are a whole lot more thick skinned than me. But since he wanted to so badly, I fully supported him |

It proably comes from never having trained with a coach or a group setting. I have NO idea what 4x100 in 520 means (or what ever you said, Melindy). |

I have NO idea what 4x100 in 520 means (or what ever you said, Melindy). It just means that you do 1000m holding 5min20sec on a 5min30sec interval, four times (for example). |

Running - followed a plan for the marathon but now I just run to run and determine how far on how I feel  I guess at 44 I am not going to be winning much so I do it because I enjoy it - not really training - just out having fun Don't tell the Type A's that ok????I am pretty much the same way. I would like to improve my skills though and it seems that training plans can help. I think I am just gonna keep as I am and try to focus on form and just plain doing it. |
