Glad it was just a tire. Those service visits are costly, but having a 15 year old car with 199800 miles on it, very worth the money in the long run.

Tonight's work out was participating in a small Urban Adventure Run. You have one hour to go to as many places as possible on a list and pick up raffle tickets. Then of course there is the drawings for the prizes. It was a nice fun way to get in my miles! And I won a raffle prize!

Tomorrow we will be going to watch the drag races! Whoo hoo! I love it!

How fun! What did you win?

I won tickets to the local concert theater. My choice of which concert, but I am not sure of the choice yet.

The raffle prizes ranged from fresh fruit baskets and gift certificates for coffee to theater tickets, dinner tickets, and even $50 cash. All donated by local businesses.

Morning Ghoulies. A fly by here. I have tons of shopping type chores to do then canning a Chit load of maters and packing to go to Raleigh for a couple of days. I am off to try and get a swim in at the pool. I went on Friday and there was an open house with a million people there. I backed out.

Two wonderful children that both take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu now! I think it is a conspiracy. If they can kick my azz I can't punish them... or so they think. I am the one paying for the classes, that could stop.

Luckily last week was a quiet week. I'd love to keep it that way, but know that won't happen. But I will enjoy every non-incident day when it is here.
