I've grown tired of sitting in this meeting and am about to yell at these people.

OK, so we spent several tens of thousands of dollars on this new application, and so far, we can't even get it to run.  This is now going into day 3 of the installation itself, never mind the couple weeks it took just to sort out the fact that they had initially sent us the wrong version of the software initially.

On the house front, so far a couple lookers, only one offer, and they now seem unwilling to continue in negotiations.  Considering they first approached us with an offer that was a good $22,000 less than asking, and started with a loan approval that was maxed out by their offer, it wasn't really going anywhere anyway. 

How's that for friggin' happy, huh? 

I thought you lived closer to Harrisburg.  Technically, Centre County is central PA, despite what those who live around the capital might think.

Here is something Happy.  I just walked over to the licensee and asked 3 questions and said, "I need that within the hour".  He jumped out of his chair and is now finding me the answers. I kinda like this whole power thing...but I use it sparingly.

Not really working this week.  Chilling out in Denver.  Gotta love the fact that it is sunny and in the 50s right now.  My debate is if that is warm enough to run in sleeveless attire! 

You can boss me around...it's kind of a turn on.

I don't own any sleeveless attire.  But I commonly run in shorts and t-shirt in weather like that.  If it's windy, I'll wear a long sleeve instead.

Something Happy for Shaun:

--I'm wearing a skirt today and look freakin' cute. (OK, that's a happy comment more for me than you.)

--The sun is finally shining here even though it's super effin' cold still.

--It's Thursday which means one more day until Happy Friday. 

--Sanjaya is gone. 

Oh no, that's happy for us, too.  Trust me. 

Only if you tell me you're commando underneath it.  Or that you're wearing thigh highs...  mmmm.

Have you not read the confessions thread?  Underwear are oppresive and I will stand up and say NO!! (Although, I do have some really cute boy shorts that I think will become my new staple.)  Thongs are so 2005.  And what's the point, really?

I hate that.  Shaun is cranky, too. 

The point is that you need to take those boy shorts off, go find the hubby and sit on his lap.  See how long it takes him to notice you're commando.  That's what I'm sayin!

Plus I think you look cute in the skirt too.
