Tornadic activity will be interupting any outdoor T.I.T.S. around my area today.  Just had one touch down a mile and a half from the bank.  (Ofcourse, we were all huddled around a window trying to see it.)  Looks like the everyone around here will have to bust out the trainer bra.

Nothing like a violent summer thunderstorm in January.  WTH?

Is this weather crazy, or what?  Stay safe!
We had a tornado touch down in the Portland,OR/Vancouver,WA area today about 12:45 in the afternoon. Lots of damage. Really wierd weather for this area. Never would have thought we would have had a tornado in the northwest. They think it was an F2 or F3.

Wacky weather all around. Wow.

Well I work 10 hour days (nights actually) 4 days per week, so if there is no overtime on Friday (like this week) I get nice 3 day weekends!

If anyone can find a pink trisuit, you can do it!

I will be enjoying 5 hours of group T.I.T.S. on Sunday... the December romp was a blast, so I am looking forward to the encore... only problem is that the bum gets a wee bit sore after all of the activity - alas, what we must endure for a good dose of T.I.T.S.!

Oh, and the Blues Brothers shades came in the race packet for the Mississippi Blues Half Mary/Mary.  Seemed like a good idea at the time.

Well, my rest week is just about up so the T.I.T.S. from my end are going to start rolling in again. My tri club is putting on a little duathlon tomorrow, hopefully I won't get too much T.I.T.S. there though (more T.I.T.S. = slower ride!) I should get about 50 minutes though I think. Next two weeks is when you will see my big T.I.T.S. though (hopefully anyway!)

For all of you having weather issues just keep sticking to it, we all know that cold weather makes for hard T.I.T.S.

I was hoping for some outdoor T.I.T.S. today but there appears to be some black ice after the temps dropped.  Heading off to the pool shortly and then a trainer ride.  Nothing like some big T.I.T.S. to pass a Saturday afternoon.
