I am with Hector. Well, sort of. In the same area. It ended up being about 77 during my run yesterday. Not quite as warm today. But still in the 60's while I was at the outdoor pool. Cloudy, though, it is supposed to rain tonight.

edited to add There is something wrong with my group name list thingy. Whenever I try to link to anyone elses log, it says I am not registered and wants me to log in again. I am not sure what happened. The list for my mentor group works. any ideas?

Beth,

I'm thinking...really thinking, but the cold has numbed my brain...oh yea!  We don't have to pay for ice cubes...we can stick the beer, wine or whatever outside the door in the snow!

I think you're on to something!  ummm, we can turn our garages into a giant wine and beer cooler?

we don't sweat in the morning while we're getting ready?

oh, I know!!!!

we get to see Law and Order 2 hrs before he does - (Yanti was jealous last night - hehe)

Oh my goodness I can't keep up with the posts! Here is something y'all will get a chuckle at....just remember I am a newbieSmile. Somebody once told me to put a email notification on my race report and I will know when someone replies to it, I saw in one of the mentor groups that you should put an email notification on the thread so you know when someone replies to it so.......I think oh put an email notification on the twisted blister threadSurprised. Oh My Goodness! I think I crashed the server.

I was trying to put the team box in my blog and every time a series of emails comes into my computer it takes up my available memory, and it freezes! I can't get to the thread to turn off the email notification, cause I have too many emails coming in! It's off now. I know the thread will be updated about every two minutes.

LOLOL!  trust me, you are not the first one to have learned that lesson!

I've learned to toggle the email notification only for those threads that don't get updated very often

of course, then sometimes out of the blue I'll get emails from a thread I posted in a long time ago and I'm like - huh?

Hmmmmm, do you happen to have a different browser at work vs home (guessing you are at work?)  I remember reading something about the problem you're having in one of the other threads and I think it had to do with different versions

I just tried it from your log and the links worked, so I'm wondering if it's some sort of system thing

I'll see if I can find the thread

No work, same computer. Not really sure why it is not working. for the mentor list, Dee posted the code. For the TS group list I copied it. Can you please try to post the code and I can copy that. That is the only thing I can think of that is different.

Luckily I get to be a stay at home mom!

ah hah, so then you are at work

you are lucky!

I'll have to ask Dee about posting the code - I haven't figured out how to do that - I'm sure she'll be happy to, but it probably won't be until this evening - did the one she posted the code for work? (the non-glittery, not as purty one?)

I would've done the running challenge this month but since I just capped up a 1300+ run year with a marathon in December, I thought I'd stick to my first love - cycling, for the Jan challenge...

So how're you DOING?

Scott, good to hear from you! I thought for sure you would be here running with us. I have decided to try and take some spinning classes as my cycling can definately use some improvement.

Just got back from a 4 mile run and a 750 meter swim at the outdoor pool...was probably in the low 50s outside....but the pool was 80 which was toasty! Hector....makes me really shiver to think you swam in a 50 degree pool.  Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
