Subject: RE: IMKY Weightloss challangeHow is training going for everyone?! I posted the following in my blog today, and while I have not met my goals on the scale....YET, i have made progress. Thought I would share with my IMKY buddies! "I think I have gotten back to everyone about "how" I have been transforming my body over the past few months. Yes, it has been strength training, cardio and trying to be good about what I eat. Avoiding processed crap. Eating lots of protein, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. However, I think the most important part of my success...my mindset. Believing I could change my body and staying positive. At times when I eat poorly or skip a workout, just being able to forgive myself rather than throwing in the towel and beating myself up over it. Now when I eat ice cream or something not ideal for the abs project, I enjoy the taste of it and move on. No big deal. Stay positive and keep pushing toward my goals!" |
