Shane, Maurice:
As you suggested, I got the bike fitted.
I used the RETUL system.  (www.retul.com) Awesome! Highly recommended. They set your bike according exactly to your biomechanical needs. In the process the show you any erros on your pedaling, knee motion, shoulder asymetry, etc.  Obviously my list was pretty long!
An interesting note, I was fitted right after Craig Alexander..... kind of cool.
I'll have a chance to watch those guys jump in the water Sunday with the Pros wave. Alexander, Bennet, Leto, and some other big names.
I was today at the expo for my son's clinic. What a beautiful place! Great atmosphere and organization, I haven't been to many triathlons but here I felt in TRI heaven.  The weather has been great and still looks like wetsuit legal.
Might be kind of a long drive x u guys, but it's worth it!!! It was 5 hours for me from Savannah and it took me 7 to VA Beach last year. Put it on your calendar and make it a family trip.
Tomorrow Meek & Mighty, Sunday the big boys and girls.

I just wanted to report that I finished my first ever HIM. What an awesome experience that was. I have to admit that it was a bit painful at the end but all worth it. Thanks MOMO for your support all the way to the finish line!
If interested, you can read my race report.
All the best to everyone on the 2011 season. Just keep Tri-ing!!!!
