I am tired today but  still managed to get to the gym and sputter through 30+ mins of workouts .

The work tri team run last night went great  we had around 12 people show up ,  so considering the last minute notice

we sent out was  a good start .

Next team workout is tomorrow at the pool so i cant blow that off  .  Right ?

Well, be sure to save some pool energy for next month unless you want you and your polka-dot Speedos posted as your avatar

Updated some of it. I still have a few little runs to get put into my log from last week (like 25ish minutes each or so) and don't want to add them into the spreadsheet until I have them on the logs.

Looking at what I have left to enter and what I have done I am thinking my goal was a little to ambitious. I will get in as much as I can but we will see how well it goes! sorry if I end up holding you all back  Embarassed  is my first challenge!

I will still finish as strong as I can though! even if it means doing a short run every morning and evening (ok well maybe not that much but I will work hard!)

Thank you!  I am particularly happy with this ride cause I held with the pack on the group ride and usually don't.  Only dropped off the last few miles when my legs were toasted.

Yeah I hear ya on toasted legs. I had totally burnt legs after only 12 very windy miles last week. I admire you for hangin' with the pack. Nice job!

53 miles? wow! 2 crashes - bummer man. I cringe every time I hear about bike crashes whether they are bike to bike, bike to car, or bike to ditch/field/pavement...

Speaking of biking...did this nature trail thing with my son today and I pointed out a redwing black bird and said "those are the birds that dive bomb Mommy when she rides her bike" Along with a helmut, maybe we need a coat of armor!

Hey, team!! Way to go!! Just a few more days, but we're really doing well!

I stopped updating the spreadsheet at 100%, but now I see that people have continued with their extra time, miles, etc. So I'll have to add in a few more workouts! Had a great weekend, went to Denali National Park and saw all sorts of interesting wildlife and mountains. Lots of hiking and climbing.

Anyway, nice job everybody; keep up the good work!
