Sometimes I say or think "I used to be a triathlete"
My thoughts with 3 miles to go in my last Tri seem to be ringing true "I could be done with triathlons" and that was in Nov of 2007
But I am finally starting to overcome those thoughts and words at least mentally. 
Starting over - and re-reading Triathlon 101.  Planning a multi-sport relaunch next year....
Hopefully I can do that well and still give the time the 4 kids and wife deserve.

Updated so far with May's numbers....
That conversation up there about biking and wind?  Yeah, I am NO FAN of wind after riding into a 25-30 mph headwind for the latter half of a century ride yesterday.  Matter of fact....most of what I have to say about wind rhymes with truck.

updated the spreadsheet again.....not too many people keeping up....it's a fight  to determine the most persistent of us!

I can't get on Google docs from work so here are my May totals....will try to update the spreadsheet later.  I was sick the last couple of weeks and my totals pretty much reflect it.

Swim 8 hr 34 min
Bike 23 hr 11 min
Run 7 hr 54 min

My numbers are posted.  About twice the average from the first three months, but got to get the butt in gear.

Okay....I updated my spreadsheet lines.  Not as bad as I thought given the dreeping crud....

I updated for May - had a freeze-fest race that really killed my motivation!  But I will make a comeback for June!

So far, so good, everyone!

Team 1 is 19.7% of the way there.

Team 2 is  22.2% of the way there.

The moon is pretty far away from the earth, obviously.  

 

I'll post my June totals this week.....suffice it to say that a 2 week hiatus from swim/bik/ run to let my lungs get over the asthma and creeping crud did NOTHING for my sooting for the moon.

I too will post my June totals soon....by the beginning of next week for sure!!!! Happy July people!

Looks like I have a lot of updating to do!   June/July!   I am still here and hopefully will get that done soon!

I completely forgot to log my numbers for the last few months! All caught up now.
