I have had breakfast and COFFEE. apple-cinnamon rice cakes with PB & banana with coffee with peppermint mocha creamer. Not super exciting this morning but filling, satisfying and what is on hand. LOL I had a bagel and chocolate milk. I had a chocolate energy shake. |

Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: April - RUN GHOULIES RUN!!! Story Time My typical weekday breakfast is a whole grain bagel, and a glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast. I ran out of bagels, so yesterday I had to have toast. Last night when I was at the store, I thought I had everything I needed, and I paid at one of the registers away from the front. Walking out, I was thinking to myself I was thirsty, but I wasn't going to stand in line for a bottle of water, didn't have change on me. Then I see the breads and remember I was out of bagels, so I grab a pack of bagels, and a bottle of water and I jumped to a register that didn't have a line. The girl rings it up and said "that will be $44.46." My reply was "for that price they better come with someone who will toast them for me." She laughed and said "they should put the spread on and serve them, too." Then she told me the total was only $4.46 and I'd have to take care of them myself. I thought it was funny. |

Do you give her things to chew on? I know when they're teething the softer stuff is better, but does she have hard bones, and stuff, too? There is a nurse at my doctor's office that will ask me dog questions from time to time. One time she asked me how to get her dog from chewing. We were talking and she told me that she doesn't give her dog anything other than a rope to chew on, but he'll chew on furniture, shoes, cabinets, whatever. I told her she needed to give him some things that are HIS to chew, especially bones, or things specifically for chewing. She said she didn't like that idea. She also told me she never gives her dog treats. Mine get treats all the time! They are both food motivated and that's how I train them. I was just wondering what you do.

Our dogs have both soft rubbery toys and hard knubby ones too. We had to quit giving them ropes or cloth ones because they chewed off chunks too quick. Not good when it is slowly coming out their other end!! They do get some treats ... usually we use some of their meal time kibble for training if we are using food that session. They do get treats every day though. We stuff them in a tough rubber ball that has lots of holes. It is called "holey moley" . We also have a smaller version for the little dog. They have a blast playing with the balls to get the treats out. |

MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: April - RUN GHOULIES RUN!!! My weekend is not very exciting. Friday - sod is being delivered to the house. So I get to start laying sod. Saturday - finish laying the sod. If I'm lucky, go and watch hubby play tennis. that evening find a hot tub to soak my aching muscles in. Sunday - hopefully go for a motorcycle ride. And somewhere in there fit in a bicycle rid, a swim and a run. LOL |

AFTERNOON GHOULIES. its been a few days since ive been in the Village. woosh! crazy busy....but its all good. im finally feeling like im getting a handle on my new job and the schedule. then my EX threw me under the bus. he informs me that i would be dropped by his insurance - ok no surprise there - AT THE END OF THIS MONTH. which left me scrambling for coverage.... fortunately my little proactive self had everything lined up with a broker (back in January) so all i needed to do was make a phone call but it was looking i would go w/out coverage for the first six days in May. ok, maybe NOT that big of a deal. i'll just wrap myself up in bubble wrap and not leave the house for those six days. geesh. what does a girl has to do to get a man to SIMPLY COMMUNICATE!!!!!! this would be one of the reasons we are where we are. i refused to be pizzled about it. im not gonna be one of those harping ex wives that all they do is b^tch and moan about their dirty rotten scoundrels of an ex.
legally i had a right to 30 days notice. just sayin. AND i AM still the mother of your children. that should count for something. whatever. done and over with. and taken care of. thankfully i am the proactive type.
