I've asked Woz if he has time to mock up the shorts for us. See if we can continue the lightning bolt down them. Hope so.

I am just going to leave the man junk in the woman's swimsuit alone.  Besides, if you guys lost a challenge and the punishment was to wear a woman's swimsuit, you would SOO be in bikinis!

SWEET!! Thanks Micah!! I think our sponsorship is finally complete with the addition to the food/brew place!!  We need it in vector or illustrator format.  I will PM you with my email address.

Wozie....when we send it all in for the artist to put the final touches on it, I will state what we ideally want (with the lightning bolts), if they can do it, and at the very least the side panels with be the orange to red fade with ESCKTC down them.

I have been working with an account rep at Pactimo, and just so everyone knows what the dealio is....just going to post the doc she sent me.  Nothing for anyone to do here....just thought I would share the info in case you are interested.  I am working with them to get a sizing sample kit sent to us ASAP!!

1. Preliminary Order and 50% deposit received via our online ordering system at http://order.pactimo.com  
   
2. Design checklist complete and logos loaded to the website.
   
3. Account Manager will be assigned and will contact you to discuss design checklist
   
4. Receive your first Preliminary Design in 10-14 business days. Subsequent changes 5-7 business days.
   
5. Please call our offices for current delivery times. (Current delivery times are 8 weeks from the time that all finals are in and the order is sent to print)
   
6. $80.00 charge incurred on all orders under $1000.00.
   
7. Design charges - $40.00 per hour.  First hour of art time is free.
   
8. Payment of final Invoice including design charges, shipping and handling are due prior to delivery.
   
9. Receive garments and…
   

1. Quality Kit includes various garments from our line for you to view the quality and print of our apparel.  This kit may be obtained prior to placing an order.
   
2. Size Sample Kit for sizing purposes may be obtained after the preliminary order and deposit has been received.
   

To try to make this as simple as possible....here is basically how this is going to go down.

1. Design our logo and pull together our idea for the different shirts/shorts - DONE!

2. Set up account at Pactimo - DONE!

3. Place a pre-order detailing the different items you are going to want to order, and approx how many of each.   During this pre-order you also submit all your artwork.   This pre-order also allows us to order a sizing sample kit, where they ship us samples to try on, so we are sure to order the right sizes.  This pre-order requires a 50% deposit. SO...to manage this, I am only saying 5 of each thing we are ordering to keep this deposit down, and it comes to just over $800.  To cover this, I would like to use the sponsorship money.  I will work on rounding that up.  Later, and before we do the final order, they will detail out for us that the set up fees were, art time, etc..... and we can use the Sponsor ship money to cover those, then whatever is left after that, we will distribute to each person to use toward their purchase.  So say our sponsorship money total is $900. Deposit it $900. Fees come to $150.  That leaves $750 of the already put down sponsorship money to be divided up.  If we have 15 people who want to order, that would mean each person essentially gets $50 off their order.  So whether you want to just order a tri top, or you are going to order a tri top, tri shorts, bike jersey and tech running shirt.....we all get the same amount to apply toward our purchase. Of course, the more people who want to order brings our per person savings down a bit, but it's all good.

4. Our Account manager will make sure everything is in order before handing off to the Design staff. 

5. Design staff will have our first preliminary design in 10-14 business days. 

6. We either approve designs, or ask for modifications, and they will show subsequent design changes in 5-7 days. 

7. We get together to try on the samples, and determine who is ordering what and what size and pay up.  (I will be posting this weekend a sample of each item, and it's cost).

8. Once we put the final stamp of approval on it, and submit our final order and $$ balance (the final number of each item we are going to be ordering) delivery time is 8 weeks.

WoZ....can you also look into what it would cost to get some sort of banner we could hang on a pop-up tent thingy....you know what I am talking about....like this.......

***UPDATE****  All the sponsorship finally found it's way to me, and so the order is in. Or should I say the process has started. I filled out the horrendous order form and attached all our stuff, but this poor account manager is going to want to shoot me, I am sure.  It will be tough to get it all worked out, but we will, and they will be awesome.

ALSO....I ordered a FIT KIT. This is a sample of everything we are ordering (Bike Jerseys, Mens Tri Tops, Women's Tri Tops, Mens Tri bottoms, Womens tri bottoms, Mens Run shirt, Women's Run Shirt) in every size so we can try them on and be confident that you are ordering something that will fit.  CATCH is we have 3 weeks to get this accomplished.  I will have them on me at each ESCKTC get together, and am willing to meet up and make other arrangements as well.  Also Woz is going to verify that we can silk screen our names on them.  Just an FYI I personally put down a $300 deposit to get this kit.  If we need an extension I can ask for one, but if I do not return it in time I get charged for each item. (7 items in 4 sizes each). That would be no bueno, so we need to act fast on this and try the stuff on ASAP!!  I will let you know when I receive the kit in the mail.

Does this mean that you will be fitting each of us and that you will meet and make other arrangements as well?  Super Sweet!!!!
