Alyssa I finished my run, the gauntlet is down. 10k time 59:52 (pulse 180 at end so thats all I got at this fitness level). Total distance 8 miles in 84:30 with cooldown. Run is at 29 %, tomorrow I bike 8). Started out too fast, first 3 miles at 9 min /mile then 2 at 10 min per mile, then ... 10:40 or whatever. Off to do some lifting. NICE man, nice!! ok, i'm going out for my hour in the morning, i'll see if i can get 6.3 ( i think i hit pretty close to that last time, but i can't remember without looking) awesome run tho--you're trying to kill me i know. :P i'm so wound up from not running for two days tho, i'm likely to overdo the first few miles too. i'll try to not tho |
