Hi team

I did 2h10 on the trainer yesterday so I am back on schedule

I did really well in the indoor Tri Thursday, I improved my swim, bike and run Unfortunately it was not quite enough to win So for the 4th year running I ended up in 2nd place, well maybe next year…..

Thanks to those of you who have been working hard this month for the good of the team (and the good of your T.I.T.S..!) I was really dissapointed to see that we're less than 1/2% out of last place.  On the other hand, we are barely more that 11% behind the leaders in this challenge.  If everyone can get out and do just a few miles or a few minutes more this week, we can pull ourselves out of the basement.  Too busy with school or work to worry about getting any T.I.T.S.?  Maybe you can do a little reading or studying while on the trainer or stationary bike.  Watch the red carpet show while getting those legs in red-carpet shape.  Spinning is an AWESOME way to get those sexy calves & quads.   You can wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee while waking up the legs with a little spin.  Sip your coffee and watch the news from your trainer rather than the easy chair. Five minutes in the morning is going to do our team more good than an excuse as to why you can't ride for an hour.   I too will be upping my time this week to get 110% of goal.  Come on everyone.  Let's finish strong!  Dig deep to get the miles and minutes in.  And remember,  little T.I.T.S. beats no T.I.T.S. at all.

So I found out today that Marmadaddy and the Bear are BOTH New England Patriots fans. So I feel we should change the losing penalty avatar for these two. After all, the point of the penalty is to AVOID getting stuck with it, right? And since Marmadaddy lives in NY, the Giants may not cause that "itch between the shoulder blades" either...

So, for Marmadaddy and the Bear --> If Team T.I.T.S. doesn't win the challenge, I think their personal losing penalty avatar may have to be changed to something like this:

I think my work here is done. (Unless anyone here lives in Oakland.)

Got a good 47miles in. Only 9 more to go and I will get that on the rollers.

And by the way they were 47 real and fabulous miles on the open road (even though it was freezing outside!)

B.A.L.L.S. Rule - T.I.T.S. will wrap it up!

47 miles? Very nice!

Wow, and in western NY, no less. Yeah, I'll bet it was cold! Brrr!

Um I'm a Pats fan also.  So if we lose I'm going to keep the Pats avatar.  Hit 100% two months in a row and I'm tired of losing. Let's go people!

Anyone got a match? I think we need to light a fire under some of our teammates.

Hm, I bet a nice cattle prod would work wonders.

That and winning 3 out of 6 super bowls. How many of you Pats fans remember the 1-15 seasons of glory?

Alright you are a true Pats fan then! Thanks for the laugh!

I've been a Pats fan since about age 2 and I'm 37 now, so no fair weather fan here.
