Maybe my all the concussions I've had in the past have contributed to my intuitive understanding of physics.  If momentum combined with an abrupt stop can make my brain bounce inside my skull it can probably have a similar effect on lots of other things.

Right! Kind of like, when I stop running, my boobs still go for like 20 min? Can I log that?

I am just so relieved to hear you went to a doc and you are feeling all right.

I am feeling lazy so this is a cut and paste morning update...

Good morning all.  I am debating whether I will go for a little run after breakfast today.  My head isn't back to 100% but I have discovered the a morning run is a great way to start the day.  I must be loosing it.    6 months ago I would have done just about anything to avoid running and now I am getting up 45+ minutes early in the morning to make sure I have time to get a run in.  Maybe I hit my head harder than I thought.  No, that's not it, I have had this strange running impulse for the last 2 weeks.

I got a short run this am. Two down six to go.

I have tummy issues, that I know would be better with diet changes, but I just cannot do it. I love coffee and I am not willing to give it up!

I am new to this BT site and am still learning about it.  Just now I noticed the "inspire me" comments in the training log.  Wow!  You people are really amazing.  How nice is that to be so encouraging, above and beyond what is written in these challenge threads.  Melissa even wrote to wish me luck in my race this morning before I ran it.  Warms the cockles of my cold hard heart.  Thanks so much.

I did a 30 mile ride today; 28F when I went out, 33F when I finished. Compared to my last cold ride, today my body was colder overall but my hands and feet were warmer and my core got less sweaty, so overall I was more comfortable today.

Brrrr! I can't even imagine! You are a brave and hardy soul. Well done getting the ride in and glad it felt a little better this time 'round.

YIPPEE! Make sure you bake something gluten free in it soon so the house is filled with a nice warm smell and it surely is home then.

I will help Mike out a bit...This is my favorite Mike picture

I think that a picture of a dad with his little girls is great. This picture is awesome-but I don't know if the girls will qualify as being little much longer.

Mike-you should put a higher resolution pic in your album.

Looks like a motivated and motivating bunch. And, we have hot pin-up girl to boot!

Sorry for missing the first week. Last week was a wash with work travel. That will be the last of my excuses for the month.

Oh yeah, my goal: 12 strength sessions. I've got a big fat goose egg right now but hey, there's still time and I'll get 'er done, I promise.

Looking forward to playing with y'all. I'll be checking your logs soon.

Omigosh, I am just so excited to be called a 'hot pin-up girl.' I just remember when I weighed 250+ lbs and life was so very different then!

Oh, and if I didn't report in the team thread, I signed up for IMKY! I'm crazy! Heat, humidity, hills. Bring it on!

I put in 61 more minutes of running toward my goal today. Yippee!

how are your Holiday Knockers?

Boy they got knocked around during my run! What with the big-leaky-boob thing, I definitely need new sports bras. Like, my neck hurts.

How are you Miss Bethie Love???

I'm trying to get in three runs this week but tomorrow morning it's predicted to be below 20F. Although I've run when it's that cold I think I'll put off my first run of the week until Tuesday.
