Hey team, I didn't die but have basically dropped off the face of the earth. Dee, thanks for checking in with the inspires! I haven't had any BT time the past few days, work is insane and I'm getting ready to leave town for more training, this time in WI on the actual course! But I'm still running and I'll update the spreadsheet each time. My focus in the next ten days is the bike and swim so my run volume may be a tad low.

My bike is in the shop and I hope to get it back today.  I brought it in for them to run through the gears and such.  My dude calls last night and says, "ummmm, you need a new chain.  yours is too short and that is why you can't use granny gear."  WHAT???  I brought it in a few weeks ago for them to tweak the front derailleur and some other dude took out a link of my chain.  Now its too short?  Ugh.  As long as everything is in good working order, I don't care but yikes, nothing like cutting it close!
