i had been doing so well, but yesterday was just an awful AWFUL day.  i really was going to take it out on the trainer but fell asleep crying in bed...ugh...but i'll finish peachy.  trainer today and run (maybe swim too) tomorrow!!!

 

 

i think doing the cupid shuffle at karaoke tomorrow night should count as well

I let Coach Troy torture me today, thought No Slackers would be kinder to my legs than one of Jorge's sets.  I was obviously delusional!

I would really love to go run and see if I can get my first ever 100 mile month.....No plows in my neighborhood yet though
