Trying to find hard science (not anectotal blog stuff) connecting the length of time from the use of Quinolones (levaquin , cipro, avelox) and the soft tissue/ tendon/ muscle issues. I took the levaquin in May and had the gastrocs tear in August. Science nerd toppage Wow, over my head for shore It's over mine too and I am an RN!!! |

Pretty negative article all up Yeah, I'm looking specifically for a time frame correlation on how long between using the med and having soft tissue injury. I know the FDA black box labled the drugs but I doubt too many docs really care about that particular issue. In my case, my pcp uses that class of drugs cause I am allergic to a lot of other ones ant=d these are the best to treat my respiratory crud with my asthma. I tried www.justanswer.com that was a waste of my time (and money) the doc answer basically told me to consult a lawyer for the class action suit that may be taking place. Not what I want. I just want to recover and have an idea on the time frame for how long this can hang around from the d@mn levaquin.
how long has it been since you could run? |
