Unfortunately 5 short weeks ago I weighed 176 so a little disappointed in myself. Gotta stop those late night McD runs afer bowling. I must eat before, I must eat before! Sad part is I don't even enjoy it and I literally sit there in the car pissed off at myself for eating there. Guess I'm starting an unofficial 5th goal for myself of NO fast food for myself the rest of the month. I'm not a fan of McD either. The only stuff on the menu that I like are the pies (no cherry any more  ) and the wild berry smoothy. And anything that has ice cream in it. Ohhh. All I want to do now is go home and re watch all the dvds - hilarious!!! Ok, had the phonecall and it went pretty well after a slightly stuttering start. Basically he has changed the area I need to write the grant proposal on though so I need to write a 6 page, 3 year research proposal including a budget, on gonorrhoea instead of meningitis (I had one almost ready to go on meningitis) - eek! Must get to it! |
