Evening Princess. Hope the stress levels have subsided. You have taken on some major commitments. Med School, Ironman, both are more than most people can manage one at a time. Hang in there.

I am very tired. Long days this week. Most days started at 4am and it wasn't for a workout. Did make it to the pool this morning though. Tomorrow I have to take the car in for a service and am going to wfh. Yeah! No Friday night, nasty commute. I might even put some vino in the fridge to celebrate. 

Well I'm definitely going to start saying that now

welpers im off to Cleveland in a few hours.

got some packing to do.

i want to get in a clear my head swim sometime today.

and i have one client to get to on my way outta town.

WEE HEE!

i wish i felt more settled heading into the weekend....but it was it is.

got my first sets of paychecks from my new job and right where i need to be financially.  SWEET!

but things are somewhat uncertain.

i have meeting w my 2 supervisors and the director on MONDAY.

I REALLY NEED A GOOD RESULT OUTTA THIS MEETING.

so whatever good meeting ju ju you can send my way i would SO SO SO APPRECIATE IT.

if they decide to 'release' me im SCREWED.  the stress just thinking about the possibility is OVERWHELMING.

though.  im resourceful.  i will rebound and figure things out but still to start this job search process AGAIN leaves my head reeling.

if they decide to WORK with me.  then its ALL GOOD.  hopefully this will be the case and we can work out a plan thats mutually beneficial.

my guess is the latter will happen, but im preparing myself for the former.

i need to work.

i need to support my kids.

BUT

i need to be a good mom and i  need to know that at the end of the days their needs are being met.  this is first and foremost.

a job is just a job.

this is a pretty big organization w a HUGE HR department.  they can find another me in a nanosecond.

but i do trust that in the end all will be well.

guess all the stress FINALLY caught up to me.

the therapist knows this is a GOOD thing....the first step in moving forward.

change is hard.

MAJOR LIFE CHANGE is ENORMOUSLY DIFFICULT.

not only i my marriage over.

but life as i knew it has changed.

i have my kids.

for now i have my home.

i have my friends and family.

this is what i KNOW.

and maybe that's all i need to know....for now.

It IS the bastards that are getting you down. It is them, or that one particular person that is causing the stress. It is that 1 person that may impact your work situation, therefore impacting your financial situation.

Forget about that 1 person. If she were out of the picture how would you feel about your current work situation? She isn't the only one that has a say in your employment status. I'd bet money that the people there have an idea of how she is, and that should work in your favor. What she did wasn't right, and she twisted the truth. She is the bastard!

Good day here so far. Got my car to the dealer this morning for a service. No unexpected repairs. Yeah! They washed the nasty pollen off and vacuumed. Yeah.

Woman cut in front of me at the ATM and proceed to take 5 mins to deposit checks. Bad Karma heading her way. Not gonna ruin my day. It's FFFF and I'm wfh. Yeah!

Sitting in my kitchen working off my laptop. Lapcat in place and purring. Momma Robin feeding the babies. Life is good.

Question for the Ghoulie Goddesses.....

Can I use laundry soap that's for high efficiency washers in my 15 yo Kenmore top loader? Bought the wrong stuff. Grrrrr.
