Probably the same ol' same ol' (brooks adrenaline). I'd like to try something new after Red Rock Relay next month. Maybe some Altra zero drop shoes. |

Working on my running again, and wow, it is amazing how losing some weight can make the running go easier. I'm going to try and run with the running group tonight. Hope the heat is not crazy hot. |

Decided that I would walk today and on Thursday morning. The new running shoes on Thursday afternoon so that I can jog on either Friday or Sunday. Jogging in the old shoes just hurts too much. Besides the shepherd needed a walk.  |
