| Champion 9430 No excuses! | Subject: RE: Birkierunner's Group - FULL Insane half iron today. Swim was shortened because of 5-7 foot waves and what we did swim was crazy. You would get thrown by the waves over top of people. Windy as could be on the bike and the run was a furnace. Race Report tomorrow. Good news was considering all that I had a great day and was 12th overall and because they pulled out the top 5 I won my age group |
