Im still out of action but hope to be back on the bike in a few days as the worst of this flu leaves... Turns out there is a gym on conference next week so Im hoping I might get the chance to spend at least a small amount of time there... fingers crossed! |

But there was no chance to exercise today as I came home at 10am after 12 hours of nigthshift and then slept until dinner, had dinner and went back to work. I need to do some serious biking tomorrow and Friday morning. Friday afternoon I am flying to Germany for the weekend and there is no chance to bike there as I refuse to go back on that horrible trainer in the hotel gym. Then we have visitors for a week at gome but I guess they have to watch me bike Hope you all have a great day |

After a 400 mile road trip today, I squeezed in almost 8 miles on the road bike this evening (and then some tennis!). Cool thing at the meeting I attended, one of our clients will ride from Maine to Ft. Myers, Florida in 24 days next fall (2009). Dude is in his 60's and is a hard core road rider. It was really inspiring to talk to him! I'm at 38.26% since I raised my goal and the team is at 42.25%. Hey Bopper! At the meeting today, I saw snow piles above the heights of cars! Of course when I got home, it was, ahem, 75 degrees. Our team SO rocks!
