i think you are doin great. once you get more lean muscle i dont think you are going to care what you weigh. imo


You are probably more right than I'll admit right now. I guess it's a waiting game right now, we'll have to see. BTW what ever happened with you and tupuppy, and the 'Dog eat Dog challenge', did you make a donation and just conceid? Cause we're still here for ya!
DED is still going on, just slow as slow is. that puppy is beating the crap outta me. i might end up paying but i wont quit. down six pounds so far. i think little poochy is 3 lbs ahead

well i know what i HAVE to do,it is just a matter of ME doing it. i believe my diet is on track (mostly), but if you have looked at my logs lately i have done pretty much nothing. i did however go for a walk today, 4 miles in an hour and 10 minutes. but now i have a blister on my right foot. new hiking shoes and crappy socks are to blame. bike ride tomorrow.

and most of all i need to come up with a full body lifting routine, that i will do every third day. ideas?

ok, this week's weight: 277.4 (same as last week) weight went up then down, then levelled out again. I'm fine with this though, It's better than going up :-P

Pushups, situps, sprint drills, calf raises, lunges/squats, if you have dumbells--> throw some biceps or triceps and some back exercises (latissimus or for shoulder and upper neck/back) (for trapezius, or anterior/posterior/medial deltoids), shrugs. You could even use 1 gallon milk jugs filled with water if you don't have free weights. Filled with sand their even heavier.

Ok, a 1/2 pound is a 1/2 pound but I want it to be more dagnabit.

I guess at least it is lower than it was last week - flirting with the 250's, hopefully next week I'll be there but I guess we'll see.

I was checking out FitTV and they have all these exercise programs on - I did a belly dancing one last night, it was fun and different, and I'm actually feeling it a bit today.  (More in the glutes than anywhere else - cause they do these knee bent poses.)  Probably means I need to add some lunges and etc. to my core routine. 



I've always wanted to try those belly dancing shows...thanks for reminding me.

I think I had a wee success last night. I came back from work and I found a whole box (about 300g or so ) of my favourite cookies: Digestives with chocolate. Normally I 'd eat all the cookies followed by dinner but last night I had only 4 and then I didn't even finish my dinner. Ok I only left a small bit on the plate but I think it's good already. Also when I was opening the cookies I didn't really want them - it was more like the habit: these are your favourite ones you have to eat them. And after the last cookie I thought that they didn't taste as good as I remembered- could that mean I'm nearly free from my chococholism???

Also one good thing came out of me being so sick at the wedding last weekend: I didin't smoke!! And I was afraid it could happen- saved by the flu

This is what would have to happen if I tried to get to 10% BF and maintain 150

Gaining that much muscle would be the hard part.....whew!!

I haven't posted for a week or so, been on a very flat, never ending plateau, but down this week 1.6 lbs. New weight 246.6 that's a total of 26.4 lbs since October.
