well I won't give up either... I have faith in you. So how do we close the gap (+3 lbs)? well i know what i HAVE to do,it is just a matter of ME doing it. i believe my diet is on track (mostly ), but if you have looked at my logs lately i have done pretty much nothing. i did however go for a walk today, 4 miles in an hour and 10 minutes. but now i have a blister on my right foot. new hiking shoes and crappy socks are to blame. bike ride tomorrow.
and most of all i need to come up with a full body lifting routine, that i will do every third day. ideas?
Pushups, situps, sprint drills, calf raises, lunges/squats, if you have dumbells--> throw some biceps or triceps and some back exercises (latissimus or for shoulder and upper neck/back ) (for trapezius, or anterior/posterior/medial deltoids ), shrugs. You could even use 1 gallon milk jugs filled with water if you don't have free weights. Filled with sand their even heavier.  |
