Champion 5117 Brandon, MS | Subject: RE: Team Olympic Onions Rings I'm doing a century ride this weekend. It will be the longest bike ride of my life to date (by 38 miles...yikes). Anybody else in the group want to make this the "Farthest I've Ever Gone" weekend? Spend some extra time in the saddle? A little longer in the pool? If you're really, really tough (and crazy) you take it to the road with a pair of shoes. Or, just make it your longest day. Throw in an hour of spin, then maybe a nice run, go back later and hit the pool? If you got the time, why not give it go? We have some ground to make up. |

Regular 64 Killeen, TX | Subject: RE: Team Olympic Onions Rings I didn’t get to my computer this weekend so I didn’t update. Thank you for doing that for us Dee. To confirm…our weeks are Monday – Sunday? This week my workouts will increase. Last week was a recovery week for me…only missed one workout…swimming but my left eye was swollen and red…allergies maybe? This week I already have 105 mins (Sunday) on the bike and 1000 yards in the pool and plan a 5 mile run this evening. Only thing is my allergies are kicking my @!#. |

This is crunch time month for my summer tris and I'll need all the help/whip I can get. and... whoops! I shorted myself an hour on the bike time. Forgot to add the spin class. Fixed now, with an hour run just completed to boot. Now... it's time for steak. The tornadoes on Friday knocked my parents power out until Sunday night, which was just long enough for the steaks in the freezer to thaw out. Time to go protein up! |

Sounds good to me - I decided it was essential to stop on the way home last night and pick up red meat... so Im a BIG fan of steak
