I hope that you have had a wonderful day.

Its great - the trick is to make sure everyone knows its just topline from everyone so yuo dont get to bogged down on it. We do them fortnightly...alternative weeks to the one on ones with manager.

Its also a chance to bring any major issues in to discuss as a group or alternatively to give anyone a heads up on something that may be coming.

Im back!

I was organising my bday party... which is going to be an interesting mix of people... but I got told I couldnt not do something so Im getting together with friends at one of workmates houses...My actual birthday is Monday...
