Back from my honeymoon...I got in a tad bite of running and lifting in.....it was absolutely fantastic and even though I feel like I have put on 10lbs ...oh wait I have hahaha water weight ( hahaha I'm hoping) Time to buckle down, get back to training, and get my nutrition on lock down....
well this is going to stink....lol Yeah, never as much fun to be on the straight and narrow path... I would much rather be out on some sort of dionysian bender than getting up at 5:00 AM to go work out... |
