Kind of like those Pop Quizzes that you hated while you were in school.  Why? Because I enjoy The CURRENT CHALLENGE STANDINGS are: 1st place - Show Us Your Ghoulies - 17.9% 2nd place - E.V.I.L. Running Reapers - 17.5% 3rd place - Crypt Keepers - 16.6% 4th place - Running Pumpkins - 12.6% And in the SECONDARY (POST PADDING) CHALLENGE: (Because you KNOW there's always a secondary challenge!) Well, what can I say? It's Show us your Ghoulies by a landslide. BUT it's only October 6th, so RUN RUN RUN (or I'll taser you). From Challenge Central, this has been your Week 1 update. - Dee |

Several 15 sec sprints at 7:24 min/mi pace with full recovery (<140 bpm HR). One more 2 mile run on Friday, and a short 26.2 mile jaunt on Saturday, and I'm done for the week... You're supposed to be TAPERING.!
